Surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) east along the Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Del Mar to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for celebrity spotting and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little further on. There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street and taxis will come to the front door and are easy and cheap. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa del Sol have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa del Mar is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities. Casa del Mar is an elegant three storey beach-side townhouse on the best beach in Marbella. Just ten metres from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) east along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa del Mar to Marbella Town to the east or go west towards Puerto Banús and beyond. There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap and the world famous Marbella Club is two hundred metres away. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. Casa del Mar sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and excellent facilities. The property is constantly being updated by the new owners and boasts a new kitchen which is less than a year old. It has everything you will need; modern bathrooms, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Nothing is off limits in Casa del Mar, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace (which is a sun trap and has wonderful open sea views) with its comfortable seating and sun loungers, to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities and BBQ area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!! By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost, we can provide live-in or live-out maid's service and cater for you in the property. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
