Description

Large plot of land situated in the area of Cortijo Benitez in Coin. The land which is bordering the river, consists of 34724m2 in which we find olive trees, oaks and some fruit trees. It has a small unregistered country house in need of renovation. Since December 2022, Andalusia has introduced a regulation where it is now possible to build houses on rustic land, as long as the plot exceeds 25,000 m2 with a maximum limit of 1% established for building, encompassing the entire structure. The property has its own well, electric connection nearby & magnificent views towards nature and the mountains. A secluded location but the center of Coin is only a 15 min drive away. The access is by tarmac, until the last 500 meters of track.
